Return Shipments

We offer you the opportunity to send your parcel directly to a deviating delivery address. Directly to our workplace, neighbours, friends or family. Simply enter by the order the desired delivery address.
Deviating delivery address

Please include a copy of your delivery note and mark the products, which you are sending back. As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will send will inform you.

For Germany:

For every purchase in our Online Shop you have the possibility to return the shipment to us. If you wish to return your order to us, you can send us the product or products within a period of 14 days as of the date of reception of your order.

For all other countries:

Return shipping costs are free of charge. Please send your return shipment within Germany with our contract partner DHL. USE therefore the enclosed stamped return label. The costs for unfree shipments and return shipment from outside of Germany generally cannot be refunded.

As soon as we receive your return shipment, we will send the replacement items or refund your purchase. In case of replacement, you are responsible for paying for shipment of the returned articles to us, while we pay for shipment of the replacements to you.

Return shipping costs must be paid by you. To fall under our satisfaction guarantee, products must be returned within 14 days after receipt.
